Salmon is nutrient dense and rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and vitamin D. Kale is a leafy green vegetable packed with vitamin C, vitamin K and calcium. It’s also high in antioxidants. Lemons for vitamin C and antioxidants to help boost the immune system. Avocado for healthy fats, fiber, vitamin K and folate. Dark chocolate has antioxidants and flavanols and just for something sweet that’s also healthy.
